  • SAMGLOPAD REACTANT SYSTEM
    The colouration of textiles with pigment/resin is not new.  However, while it is easy to apply, there are serious advantages, mainly harsher handle and limitation on rubfastness, especially wet rubfastness.

    The SAMGLOPAD REACTANT SYSTEM overcomes these problems, by reacting the colour with the fibre and simultaneously with resin.  This is a condensation reaction.  Very soft and fast dyeings are obtained in light and up to medium shades.

    The method is applicable to all kinds of fibres and is particularly useful for fibre blends, the most popular fibre blend at present is polyester/cotton, of course.

  • SAMGLOACTIVE PRINT SYSTEM
    This newly developed fully aqueous high performance reactant printing system, it is universally applicable for printing on a variety of textile fabrics and substances.  The print paste produced by our reactant system have excellent running properties.

    The prints achieved have outstanding wet and dry crock fastnesses and superior hand feel as compared to pigment printing.  These results can be obtained on all fabrics regardless of nature and blend ratio.

  • SAMGLOPAD DYEING SYSTEM
    A universal pad dyeing system suitable for dyeing all kinds of textile piece goods.

    GENERAL:

    • No separate dyeing stage is needed, therefore saving time and capital cost.
    • No fibre specific, therefore various mixture can be dyed the same way.
    • The shade can be seen and adjusted if necessary, at the beginning of the process, in about 15 min. therefore no spoil fabrics and no shading necessary.
    • High production rates: for example 40 meters per minute.
    • No rinse or wash off is needed, therefore saving water and energy furtheremore, there is very little effluent from
      dropping and rinsing dye tank and pad trough.
