SAMGLOACTIVE PRINT SYSTEM

This newly developed fully aqueous high performance reactant printing system, it is universally applicable for printing on a variety of textile fabrics and substances. The print paste produced by our reactant system have excellent running properties.

The prints achieved have outstanding wet and dry crock fastnesses and superior hand feel as compared to pigment printing. These results can be obtained on all fabrics regardless of nature and blend ratio.

The SAMGLOACTIVE SYSTEM allows the printer to produce which exhibit superior hand feel on all textile substrates. Prints on cotton are comparable in hand feel to reactive prints.
On account of its unique non-formaldehyde crosslinking system wet and dry cross fastnesses are far superior to regular pigment printing. Prints can withstand up to 50 commercial laundry.

Goods must be prepared prior to printing.

APPLICATION
In conjunction with the Samgloactive Print System the following general formulation is recommended.

SAMGLOPRINT PT	10%	100 g
SAMGLOPRINT RV	1.6% - 1.8%	16 -18 g
SAMGLOPRINT SP	8% - 15%	80 - 150 g
SAMGLOACTIVE COLOR	X%	X g
WATER	Y%	Y g

	100%	1000 G

PREPARATION FOR THE PRINT PASTE:

Fill 80% of required water into preparation vessel start homogenizer

Add: Samgloprint PT stir 5 minutes then
Add: Samgloprint RV followed by Samgloprint SP
Stir 5 minutes to develop full viscosity then add Samgloactive colors and remaining water under stirring.
Check pH to 8.0 - 9.0 if lower correct with ammonia.

PRINTING:

Printing should be carried out in the conventional way on rotary and flat bed machines.

DRYING:

Drying is best done at temperatures below 120°C

FIXATION:

Optimum fastness is obtained by fixation with hot air and high temperature steaming the following conditions are recommended.

FINAL FINISHING:

This should done on stenter frames with addition of

15 - 20 g/1 Polyethylene wax emulsion
10 - 15 g/1 Non-ionic silicone emulsion.

SAMGLOPRINT SP

To be used in conjunction with SAMGLOPRINT PT and SAMGLOPRINT RV in the SAMGLOACTIVE PRINT SYSTEM

- pH	:	6.0 - 8.0
- Solubility	:	Miscible with water at any proportions.
- Shelf life	:	12 months when stored in closed containers under cool conditions

SAMGLOPRINT PT

Reagent for the improvement of fastness and handle modification in the SAMGLOACTIVE PRINT SYSTEM

- Appearance	:	Transluscent Emulsion
- Ionic Charge	:	Nonionic / Anionic
- Solid Contents	:	80% (Active contents)
- pH	:	7.5 - 8.5
- Specific Gravity	:	1.10
- Solubility	:	Dispersible in aqueous print paste
- Shelf life	:	12 months when stored in closed container.

SAMGLOPRINT RV

Highly effective thickener for the SAMGLOACTIVE PRINT SYSTEM.

		NATURE:
- Composition	:	Acrylic polymer
- Appearance	:	White pourable dispersant
- Ionic Charge	:	Anionic
- pH	:	5.0 - 6.0
- Dispersibility	:	Disperses readily in warm
- Shelf life	:	12 months in closed container.
